Daniela has been recently coming to terms with her potential future of dance but is it the road she wants to travel down with all the perfectionist mindsets of the industry.

First written in 2022 by Alexander Chettur & Jean Daly, Inner Rhythm is a Short Dance Psychological Thriller that looks on the industry of Dance from an adolescent point of view.
​
With a lot of overwhelming issues from dancing including obsession, perfectionism and rivalry, Inner Rhythm looks beyond these stereotypes to help paint a more positive aspect onto the craft and also to convey the message that it is okay to find that balance of living and working.

The Co-Directors contacted Bryony Pollard and Jake Webb in November 2022 to join them on the adventure of bringing Inner Rhythm to life as their main characters, Daniela/Exhausted Danni and Cameron respectfully. The Co-Directors also contacted Vanessa Dunley and Alessandro Sciusco to portray the antagonists within the piece, The Teachers.

After submitting the Script for the Film into the Essex Film Collective Short Script Competition and coming 3rd and Winning the Made in Essex Prize, this helped to install the confidence in them to shoot the film after some positive feedback on the script and the opportunity to show a small sample of work to an live audience.
​
The first short film from Silver Moon Pictures began Production in late March 2023 in which Alexander & Jean went to Dimensions Dance Company and Lucy Heale to collaborate on the project with the HND Class of 2023 playing in the film The Bodies of Dancers.
​
The film finished production in April 2023 with editing swiftly starting after that, once the film had completed the Post Production stage, Inner Rhythm entered the Festival Circuit gaining accolades from the British Film Festival and Indie Clips Short Film Festival as Official Selections.
​
A public screening event was held in September 2023 at Twenty-One in Southend-On-Sea to a majority positive reaction from those who attended.
